Managing user workstations in classrooms is a time-consuming task, requiring manual intervention to reset each workstation for specific training courses. In addition, organizing and setting up courses is a daily challenge. This not only wastes valuable time for the technical teams, but also leads to inefficient training.
To remedy these problems, the project aims to create a virtual classroom infrastructure to better manage training sessions. Thanks to this solution, it will be possible to centralize and automate the management of user workstations, thus reducing the need for frequent manual intervention. This infrastructure will also facilitate the organization of courses, making the process more efficient and fluid, while enabling teams to concentrate on teaching and learning rather than on administrative tasks.
